Registration Details

No more than 200 international delegates (from around the world NOT including China) will be registered. There will be approximately 300 Chinese entrepreneurs and executives at the Summit. Thus the total Summit delegation will comprise of no more that 500 participants.
The Summit is a not-for-profit initiative, a global collaborative effort
Rules for Registration
1. Incomplete Registration form will not be processed.
2. Applicants will receive confirmation of the registration either via email or fax letters from the WTU Global Secretariat, Canada.
3. Please register only one “Applicant” per form.
4. Please do not mail the form. The WTMS Registration form must be clearly printed or typed legibly in English and fax to

Deadline for Registration: Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
There will NOT be any on site registration. All delegates must register on or prior to the specified preferred dates (for preferred Registration Fees), but Registration ought to be finalized by October 10, 2007.
Registration fee: $1050.00 in US funds per person including FOUR NIGHTS OF ACCOMODATIONS, MEALS AND GALA DINNERS FOR THREE DAYS.
The registration fee can be paid by direct bank deposit or on-line payment methods. Please confirm your deposit by fax (+1-604-847-9820) or email (wtms@wtuglobal.org).
Registration fee includes the following:
• Four nights of accommodation from the night of Oct. 27 to Oct. 30, 2007;
• Three meals per day for three days Oct. 28 - 29 and 30, 2007, including buffet breakfast, lunch, and gala dinners;
• Full access to all WTMS events;
• Participation at the Let’s make a Deal Sessions and Marketing Show Cases;
• Invitation to all CULTURAL EVENTS;
Cancellations
Your cancellation must be received no later than Sept.25, 2007. Refunds (50% of the total) will not be made to participants who cancel after this date. No refunds will be made to those who register but do not attend. Approved refunds will be made only after the Summit. After the deadlines you may send a substitute delegate, however, we must be notified in writing and request for substitution should be received no later than Oct. 15, 2007.
Responsibilities of the Applicant

All accommodation and meal expenses beyond the above mentioned specific dates.

Medical insurance in China. Every Applicant must have medical coverage for the duration of the stay in China, which can be obtained from local international travel agencies. The WTU Global Secretariat, the Beijing Tourism Administration and neither any of our partners both in China and foreign countries, is NOT responsible, whatsoever, for any medical expenses and any other costs incurred by the Applicant.

Summit dress code: The Summit is an official event and therefore the dress code is business attire only.

Proper Visa documentation: All applicants are responsible for obtaining the proper visa for entry into China, in additional to having a valid passport. Upon receipt of WTMS acceptance letters from the WTU Global Secretariat, it is recommended to proceed as soon as possible to the local CHINESE CONSULAR office. Please bear in mind that in many cases local consulates will require THREE WEEKS to grant visas.

We urge your full attendance at the Summit: We request that supplementary business or leisure activities take place after the Summit proceedings. Total and committed participation is essential in making the WTMS a success.
How to Travel to Beijing: For the best possible fare and most efficient routes, we recommend that you IMMEDIATELY EXPLORE THE TRAVEL OPTIONS. Please do keep in mind that OCTOBER IS THE MOST PLEASANT TIME TO TRAVEL TO BEIJING, THEREFORE, EARLY BOOKING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
